We are a small group of farmers and rural producers working collectively to bring authentic, high-quality products to you. Your support helps strengthen local livelihoods and sustain our mission.

- Customers interested in purchasing products must contact us directly through the provided contact details.
Order Process & Confirmation
- Orders are initiated only after a customer gets in touch with RAIWYN Roots via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Our team will then confirm product availability, pricing, and shipping details.
- Orders will be finalized only after mutual agreement and confirmation.
Payment Terms
- Full advance payment is required to confirm and process any order.
- Payment details will be shared during the order confirmation process.
- Orders will be dispatched only after successful receipt of payment.
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping charges will be calculated based on destination, weight, and volume and communicated during order confirmation.
- Delivery timelines typically range between 5–15 business days, depending on the destination. Remote areas may require additional time.
- RAIWYN Roots is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disruptions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
No Return & Limited Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of our products (natural, consumable, and farm-based), returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been delivered.
- In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographic evidence.
- Upon verification, RAIWYN Roots may offer a replacement or partial/full refund, at its sole discretion.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 working days.
Quality Assurance
Our products are sourced directly from rural producers and may exhibit natural variations in color, texture, or aroma. These are inherent characteristics of authentic, minimally processed goods and shall not be considered defects.
